The Analog Discovery Studio equipped with 13 test and measurement instruments providing the functionality of an entire benchtop worth of equipment in one device. The Oscilloscope, Waveform Generator, Logic Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Supplies and more provide a device that can become a pop-up electronics laboratory anywhere. The physical design of the Analog Discovery Studio provides BNC connectors or MTE cables for the analog inputs and outputs, MTE cables for the digital I/O, triggers, and power supplies, and a large removable and breadboardable design surface supporting a large variety of designs or projects.

Canvases

See all canvases here: Analog Discovery Studio Canvases.

Breadboard Canvas

The Breadboard Canvas adds a large breadboard surface, breadboard access to Analog Discovery Studio pins, power switches, and a variety of common devices to the Analog Discovery Studio. For more information, see Using the Breadboard Canvas. For all other materials, including reference manual and schematics, see the Breadboard Canvas Resource Center.

Blank Canvas

The Blank Canvas adds a large prototyping surface, power supply breakouts, and a variety of IC breakouts, all solderable, to the Analog Discovery Studio. For more information, see Using the Blank Canvas. For all other materials, including reference manual and schematics, see the Blank Canvas Resource Center.

Analog Discovery Canvas

The Analog Discovery Canvas is a replaceable and removable prototyping surface for the Analog Discovery Studio that can also be connected to the Analog Discovery to easily switch designs between devices without having to rewire or reassemble the design. For more information, see Getting Started with the Analog Discovery Canvas. For all materials including reference manual and schematics, see the Analog Discovery Canvas Resource Center.

FPGA Board Adapter Canvas

The FPGA Board Adapter Canvas is a replaceable and removable prototyping surface intended for using the Analog Discovery Studio with FPGA development boards. The FPGA Board Adapter Canvas provides a 150-position solderless breadboard and a power rail for prototyping additional circuits. There is also a small breakout board for V+, V-, +12V, -12V, +5V, +3.3V, and Ground. There are 6 green LED indicators to show the status of power supplies. For all materials including reference manual and schematics, see the FPGA Board Adapter Canvas Resource Center.

Digital Trainer Canvas

The Digital Trainer Canvas adds a large breadboard surface, breadboard access to Analog Discovery Studio pins, power switch, and a variety of built-in components to the Analog Discovery Studio. For more information, see Using the Digital Trainer Canvas. For all materials including reference manual and schematics, see the Digital Trainer Canvas Resource Center.

Custom Canvas Design Guide

If the canvases offered by Digilent do not meet the requirements of your system, there is a design guide and Altium project download of a base-line canvas for users to create their own cavnas available in this design guide.
